Trainee programme
The Academy supports trainee Labour Consultants on their way to the State Exam. Saturday-morning lessons alternate theory, practical exercises and mock written tests. Close to the oral exam, dedicated sessions offer mock interviews.
What sets it apart: our teachers are colleagues who have passed the Exam in recent years. They pass on not only technical knowledge, but practical tips and an effective study method. Lessons are open to all the Firm’s professionals, offering a chance to keep up to date to more experienced colleagues too.
